2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Changes to Bookings
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payment

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Responsibilities
Both Gardener Bayswater and the client have certain responsibilities to ensure a successful service experience.
- Gardener Bayswater's Responsibilities:

- Client's Responsibilities:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Ensure the garden is free of any hazards or obstacles.
- Communicate any specific requirements or preferences clearly.
5. Liability
Gardener Bayswater takes utmost care in performing our services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that may occur as a result of natural plant growth or unforeseen circumstances.
- We carry appropriate insurance to cover any accidental damages during service.
- Clients are advised to inform us of any known issues in the garden beforehand.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee to cover the costs associated with the preparation and scheduling of the service.
7. Privacy Policy
Gardener Bayswater respects your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or other legal avenues as appropriate.
